At Vibrant EPOS we not only pride ourselves on our High Quality, Low Price EPOS products, we also offer a complete pre and post service package with expert product support. With a dedicated technical support team and after sales staff Vibrant EPOS offers you all the support required from start to finish.

 

Technical Support.

At Vibrant we believe our technical services and support are second to none. Should you encounter any problems with your EPOS hardware we have an in-house support team ready to give you technical support and advice.

Support for hardware problems is available via direct email at.. technical@vibrantepos.co.uk, and request technical support.

The technical support team are available between the hours of 8.30-12.15 and 1.00-4.30 to help sort out any hardware problems you may have.

 

Frequently asked questions
Support for product configuration or setup queries is available through our website on our FAQ's pages. Simply hover over the FAQ option on the side menu and then select the relevant product. Here you'll find help configuring any product, installing software and peripherals, and machine maintenance.

 

After Sales Support

Not only is it the technical side where we offer support but ensuring that we provided you with the right product for your needs is one of our passions. We know at Vibrant we have a product to meet every EPOS need and therefore if you are not happy with the product you have received you can return the product with 14 days of purchase and receive a replacement product or be credited.

Should a machine arrive with you and be deemed DOA we will happily replace this product for you straight away delaying as much inconvenience as possible.

We regularly monitor our customer's situations to ensure that product performance is as it should be and offer help and advice on how to get the best out of your Vibrant product.

 

Repairs

EPOS repairs are undertaken at our service centre at Telford. Products are offered for sale normally on a 1 year Return to Base warranty. Additional extended 3 year warranties can also be purchased on request

 

 

 

Spare Parts
Spares for all products are stocked in our warehouse at Telford with thousands of  parts available to minimise product repair times.
Stock levels are monitored regularly to ensure parts availability.
